For custom-made glass orders, please note that shipping generally takes 1–2 weeks from our supplier before we receive the panels and can proceed with fulfillment.

· All sales for tempered glass are final as soon as they leave the warehouse or as soon as they have been put in production.

· All sales for mirrors are final if they have been installed. Mirrors must be returned in perfect conditions in order to get a trade or a refund.

· All sales for hardware are final if they have been tampered with and must come back with full packaging for a trade or a refund.
