PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / PROCESSING TIMES
We start processing your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We try as much as possible to ship your order within 48 hours. Custom size orders have a delay of 3 to 14 business days for production.
Normal delivery times are three to five business days after your card has been charged. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier inventory and product availability.
Glassparts.ca cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond the announced delivery time. If the product is no longer available from our suppliers, or if we anticipate a delay for delivery, we will try as best ill contact you by e-mail or telephone as soon as we are informed.
