Refund policy
ALL SALES FOR STANDARD SIZE TEMPERED GLASS AND MIRRORS ARE FINAL ONCE THEY LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE.
We have a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided all conditions below are met.
Eligibility
Item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and include receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact info@glassparts.ca before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Method & Fees
Returns can be made in store or by mail.
Return shipping label and shipping cost are the customer's responsibility.
A 30 % restocking fee of the product price will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns (including non-defective items).
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Tempered glass and mirrors are non-returnable once they leave the warehouse.
No returns are accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest method is to return the item first, then place a new order after approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
