Can I request custom-size glass or mirrors?

Yes. The tempered-glass calculator offers 10 mm and 12 mm thicknesses, and the mirror calculator is for 5 mm mirrors. Enter dimensions in inches or millimetres. Calculator prices are estimates; the final price is confirmed by email.

Do you offer local delivery or delivery for large items?

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges depend on the item’s weight and dimensions. The policy states that the delivery price is shown in the cart before payment information is entered. A $5.99 packaging and handling fee applies to orders under $100. See current shipping conditions.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Select pickup at checkout for free collection. Timing depends on the availability of the ordered product from our supplier. Wait for an email or phone call confirming that your order has arrived before collecting it. Bring valid photo ID or the credit card used for the purchase. Pickup details.

How do I request a return?

Contact info@glassparts.ca before sending an item back. Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of receipt and must be new, unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Tempered glass and mirrors are excluded from returns once they leave the warehouse; other exclusions and conditions apply. Read the full return policy before requesting a return.

Are there return or restocking fees?

For eligible voluntary returns of non-defective items, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply; the amount is confirmed before you return the goods. The policy lists customer-paid return shipping and excludes restocking fees for defects, damage present at delivery, a GlassParts.ca error or the exercise of applicable legal rights.
