CRL Satin Brass 95" EZ-Adjust Shower Door Header Kit
Product Overview
The CRL EZ-Adjust Shower Door Header Kit secures frameless shower enclosures that do not reach the ceiling. This Satin Brass kit is constructed of heavy 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and has a selected header length of 95 in. (2413 mm). The selected glass scope is 3/8 in. (10 mm) to 1/2 in. (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. The header is bracketed to each wall. With Prima PPH06 or Senior Prima SRPPH06 hinges, the EZ-Adjust system allows horizontal (side-to-side) hinge adjustment after installation. Their built-in adaptation does not require drilling through the header for an adaptor block. Other top-mount pivot hinges require a separately ordered adaptor block and drilling through the header; follow the applicable manufacturer instructions.

Kit Contents
- One 95 in. (2413 mm) header length for this selected kit.
- One 36 in. (914 mm) snap-in filler insert for the door pocket.
- One Deluxe Wall Mount Bracket Kit (two brackets).
- 8 ft. (2.44 m) of 5/16 in. and 3/8 in. (8 and 10 mm) clear vinyl, as listed in the manufacturer kit contents. The included vinyl sizes do not extend the selected kit glass scope beyond 10–12 mm.
Product Warning:Prima Hinge Model PPH06 and Senior Prima Hinge Model SRPPH06 can be used only with the EZ-Adjust Header System, due to a built-in adaptation to the hinges. No drilling required in Header when using those hinges. If using other Top Mount Pivot Hinges with the EZ-Adjust Header System, an Adaptor Block must be ordered separately, and drilling will be required through the Header to accommodate the Adaptor Block. Bracket used for Header attachment is BWB2. Brass Finish Advisory: Although durable, brass is prone to oxidation. It can give brass and brass finishes a tarnished look, regardless of how the hardware is initially packaged or stored.
