CRL Cologne Series 180° Glass-to-Glass Shower Door Hinge
The CRL Cologne Series Hinge combines elegant beveled styling with heavy-duty performance for frameless shower enclosures. Designed for 180° glass-to-glass installations, these hinges feature radius corners and beveled edges that provide a refined appearance while supporting larger and heavier shower doors.
Constructed from solid brass, the Cologne Series accommodates 3/8" to 1/2" (10 mm to 12 mm) tempered safety glass and features a self-centering mechanism that gently returns the door to the closed position when within 15° of center.

Advanced Pivot Pin System
Every Cologne Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin. One side is factory set at 90°, while the opposite side is set at 85°, creating a tighter 5° closing action toward the shower interior. The pivot pin can be rotated to activate the desired closing position.
Custom pivot pins are also available for non-standard installations where walls are not perfectly square. Custom angles up to 45° can be specified for special applications.
