CRL Side Jamb for CK/DK Cottage Series Sliders

Product Overview

Side Jamb used against the vertical wall in CK/DK Cottage Series frameless slider applications. Finish options match our kits (Brite Anodized, Brite Gold Anodized, Brushed Nickel, Oil Rubbed Bronze). DIY-friendly, or send us a drawing to customize a complete sliding unit. Use with monolithic tempered glass.

These components add versatility to our Frameless Sliding Shower Door Kits: stock lengths of headers, header fillers, bottom sills, sidelite sills, side jambs, top hangers and other accessories allow you to create a designer enclosure or build your own sliding unit.

Specifications

  • Material: Extrusions (Aluminum), Towel Bar (Brass Tubing), Knob (Solid Brass)
  • Glass Thickness: 1/4" or 3/8" (6 or 10 mm) — glass not included
  • Recommended Max Slider Sizes:
    • 1/4" (6 mm) glass: 60" W × 72" H (1.52 × 1.83 m) or 72" W × 60" H (1.83 × 1.52 m)
    • 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 72" W × 80" H (1.83 × 2.03 m)
  • Glass Fabrication:
    • Towel Bar — two 1/2" (12 mm) dia. holes, 24" (610 mm) C-to-C
    • Knob — one 1/2" (12 mm) dia. hole
    • Top Hangers — four 1/2" (12 mm) dia. holes (two per panel)

Notes

  • Fixed panels must be 3/8" (10 mm) thick.
  • Installation instructions included in each custom kit.
  • We can assist with design — email or fax a dimensioned drawing of the opening for a customized bill of materials (glass & silicone not included).

Product Warning

  • Hardware Package includes corners and header bracket to convert inline kits into angled enclosures when used with the appropriate extrusions (order separately). Polycarbonates are translucent in color.

· All sales for tempered glass are final as soon as they leave the warehouse or as soon as they have been put in production.

· All sales for mirrors are final if they have been installed. Mirrors must be returned in perfect conditions in order to get a trade or a refund.

· All sales for hardware are final if they have been tampered with and must come back with full packaging for a trade or a refund.
