Product Overview
Gunther Ultra/Bond® is a high-build, compressible mirror mastic formulated for tight-tolerance applications such as overlays and beveled strips. It compresses down to 1/32" for precision mirror positioning and builds out up to 3/4" to accommodate uneven surfaces.
- Versatile Build & Compression: Up to 3/4" build-out; compressible to 1/32".
- Fast Tack: Reaches 30% bond strength within 24 hours; full cure in 28 days.
- Superior Strength: 400 psi tensile strength once fully cured.
- Compatibility: Tested for silver, copper, and mirror backing; bonds to drywall, wood, metal, glass, marble, and tile (test for bleeding on porous substrates).
- Application Forms: 10.1 oz cartridges or gallon cans.
Usage & Warnings
Not for acrylic mirrors or vinyl safety films. Prime porous surfaces with GN8 Prime-N-Seal. Support mirror bottom and use mechanical fasteners (e.g., mirror clips or tape). Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety precautions; avoid inhalation and keep away from heat or open flame.

· All sales for tempered glass are final as soon as they leave the warehouse or as soon as they have been put in production.
· All sales for mirrors are final if they have been installed. Mirrors must be returned in perfect conditions in order to get a trade or a refund.
· All sales for hardware are final if they have been tampered with and must come back with full packaging for a trade or a refund.
