Questions before ordering

How do I check compatibility with my project?

Compare the reference, dimensions and options on the product page with your project requirements. For a replacement part, send our team the existing reference and photos. Have the compatibility of the glass, fixings and hardware confirmed before ordering.

How do I check shipping charges or choose pickup?

Charges depend on factors including weight and dimensions. Review the options offered for your order and our shipping policy. For pickup, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Can I return the product if my project changes?

Conditions and exclusions depend on the product. Tempered glass and mirrors are excluded from returns once they leave the warehouse. Read our return policy and contact us before sending anything back.

What information should I provide when asking for help?

Include the product or reference, quantity, required options, dimensions and preferred delivery or pickup arrangement. Contact GlassParts.ca to check the details of your request.
