Local delivery by Vitrerie Alfonso or pick-up only at their shop located at 1250 rue Tellier, Laval, Québec, H7C 2H2.
Clients must sign a waiver upon pick-up to acknowledge that all glass panels are in good condition prior to leaving our premises. All sales are final and non-refundable. Pick-ups must be made at least 1 hour before closing to allow time for fulfillment.

· All sales for tempered glass are final as soon as they leave the warehouse or as soon as they have been put in production.
· All sales for mirrors are final if they have been installed. Mirrors must be returned in perfect conditions in order to get a trade or a refund.
· All sales for hardware are final if they have been tampered with and must come back with full packaging for a trade or a refund.
