GGH Floor Mount Door Holder - 110lbs (50kg)

The Floor Mount Door Holder is designed to hold smokeproof doors in the open position and automatically release them when connected fire alarm systems are activated. Built with a durable housing and high-temperature painted finish, this floor-mounted door holder provides reliable performance for commercial fire safety applications.

Its low-power design supports adjustable 12V DC / 24V DC operation and includes a manual release button for testing or manual door release.
