Clients have to sign a waiver upon pick-up to acknowledge that all glass panels are in good condition prior to leaving our premises. All glass panel sales are final and non-refundable. Our pick-up policy is 1 hour before closing to ensure sufficient time to fulfill your order.

Product Overview
- Tempered glass. Also known as safety glass, tempered glass is often used in car windows, shower panels/doors, glass tables and other installations where increased safety standards are necessary. While the manufacturing process does make tempered glass more resistant to force, it is not shatterproof glass or unbreakable.
- Ideal for a pool fencing panel.

· All sales for tempered glass are final as soon as they leave the warehouse or as soon as they have been put in production.
· All sales for mirrors are final if they have been installed. Mirrors must be returned in perfect conditions in order to get a trade or a refund.
· All sales for hardware are final if they have been tampered with and must come back with full packaging for a trade or a refund.
